Pfizer Animal Health’s Quality Medicine Program was created to provide peace of mind in knowing that Pfizer stands behind and provides full support for all Pfizer products purchased in Canada by licenced Canadian Veterinarians. We are committed to ensuring that veterinarians and producers in Canada are satisfied with our products. In the event of a reported situation, our team will work with the veterinarian to investigate the event and better understand the issue. With prior approval from Pfizer Veterinary Services, we will provide reimbursement of reasonable and necessary diagnostic testing to help determine the etiology of unexpected events following administration of any one of our products. If the completed investigation clearly identifies an unexpected event related to the use of one of our products, our Veterinary Services team will work to ensure continued confidence in our products, including covering the cost of PI calves.

Our BVD PI-Free Guarantee: If you vaccinate the dams according to label directions with Bovi-Shield GOLD FP purchased from a Canadian veterinarian, Pfizer will cover the cost of any BVD PI calf born to the vaccinated cows.†
